Our Story
Jazmine Kionna™ was born from a lifelong relationship with heels. What began with childhood fascination evolved into a deeper question: why had luxury footwear accepted discomfort as the standard? After purchasing her first pair of designer heels in college, Jazmine quickly realized the experience women were sold often prioritized appearance over wearability. The shoes were beautiful, but painfully uncomfortable. That moment became a turning point.
With a background in research and development, Jazmine approached footwear the same way she approached innovation: through study, testing, and reconstruction. She began researching the anatomy of the foot, luxury shoe architecture, and the gaps between fashion and function. From contacting insole manufacturers to building early prototypes from her living room, the process became an obsession rooted in solving a problem women had normalized for decades.
What followed was years of experimentation, refinement, and product development focused on redefining comfort in high-fashion footwear. Today, Jazmine Kionna™ holds issued utility patents centered around comfort innovation in heels, merging aesthetics, movement, and wearability into a new category of luxury design. The brand has since been recognized through programs including The Macy’s Workshop and retail partnerships with Nordstrom, where Jazmine Kionna achieved an early sellout during its initial launch.
Now manufacturing in Italy across both vegan and leather production, Jazmine Kionna™ continues to evolve through its Fashion Lab concept, blending science, femininity, and modern luxury to challenge the idea that beauty must come at the expense of comfort.
Because confidence should never require compromise.
